Section 35
Monitoring system and monitoring index

(1) For the implementation of this Act, the prescribed mechanism will be built to monitor.
(2) The Ministry of Education of the Government of Nepal shall prepare a monitoring index for the implementation of the right to education provided for in accordance with this Act.
(3) The monitoring index according to sub-section (1) shall be made public for the information of the general public.
(4) The mechanism according to sub-section (1) will measure whether the monitoring index has been implemented or not.
(5) Monitoring mechanism and other arrangements related to index shall be as prescribed.
